Vinter Cup Match Off Pitch Unfit

 

Following heavy afternoon showers in Truro, Tuesday's 3rd Team Vinter Cup match against Mylor has been called off. Details off the new date will be posted here soon.

Tiger Bray - Scattering of Ashes

 

At about 12 noon on 4th May 2002, before the home Premier League match against St. Just, Father Ken Rogers will be conducting a brief service to scatter Tiger's ashes under the scorebox, Tiger's haunt for over 30 years.

Westland Sports cup tie - earlier start agreed

 

Truro's National Clubs Championship match against Westland Sports on 28th April 2002 will now start at 1.00pm and not 2.00pm, as previously advertised.

Steven Pope signs for Cambridge and Godmanchester

 

Steven Pope has signed to play for Cambridge and Godmanchester Cricket Club in the East Anglian Premier League for the 2002 season. The Club is captained by David Roberts, who played for Mullion and Troon before joining Northamptonshire as a seventeen year old in 1994.
